"Let God Mold You"
Coffee With Pat Written By: Pat Aman copyright 2006 All rights reserved
Good Morning,
Have you ever felt that you have prayed and prayed over a circumstance in your life, and nothing seems to happen. Please do not get discouraged, because my friend, God never stops. "God, you are the potter and I am the clay. So mold me, make me, restore me and re-adjust me, for you know what is best for me." Pastor Pat Aman You may have given up on overcoming some things in your life, but God never has. You may have thought it was just impossible, that you'd just have to live with it, whatever it may be. But God has never thought that way. His word to you is all things are possible! For example, as I was reading some scriptures about being perfect, which means to come into maturity, I found that The Amplified Bible included in the meaning to be restored or readjusted. From the time you came into the kingdom of God, has endeavored to restore you, to readjust you so that you can walk in the full blessings and the full power of God. He's desired for you to walk holy and unhindered. (Jeremiah 18:1-4) says, "The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord: rise and go down to the potter's house, and there I will cause you to hear My words. Then I went down to the potter's house, and behold, he was working at the wheel. And the vessel that he was making from clay was spoiled in the hand of the potter, so he made it over, reworking it into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make it." (The Amplified Bible) God has it all under control. He knows how to get us out of situations, mature us, and get us to a place where we can grow. And He knows how to get you out of situation you're in and get you where He wants you to be. He knows how to get you to a higher level. He knows how to get you free, if you'll just continue in His Word. That's all you and I have to do, and we can always do the impossible part. God and His children, what an awesome team! Father God, I know I am nothing without you. Thank you for molding me into the person you want me to be. I give you my will that you may do your will in me.
