Devotion 24
In reading my Bible devotion
today, there were two verses that shows us that we can have victory in life.
Read the verses below and realize today that you can win the race. You have
victory, because of the time Jesus spent from the cross to the throne.'
(2 Corinthians 2:14) says, "Now
thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh
manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place"
Praise God, that He let His son
Jesus come to earth and die for us. But think about this next statement.
Jesus spent time alone in the Garden of Gesemene. He had to be forsaken of His
Father. He took our sins upon himself. And Praise be to God He arose again on
the third day.
So this morning, Praise Him. Do
not let the cares of this world distract you. Keep your eyes on Jesus. Stop
complaining and start Praising.
(Micah 7:8) says, "Rejoice not
against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness,
the Lord shall be a light unto me."
Pray and read God's word. Stay in
the race this morning. You may have stumbled, but through Jesus Christ the
Lord you are able to get up and continue the race. And if you feel that you
sit alone in the darkness of the world, I can tell you today, that Jesus is
your light.
Father God, thank you for spending
the time from the cross to the throne for me. In Jesus Name I Pray, Amen and
Amen
