"I Don't Want That!"
"God's Word tells me, that "God wants me to prosper and be in good health." I have not read anywhere in the Word of God that I have to be sick. So, why should I want something, that does not belong to me. Sickness is not one of the blessings of God." Rev. Patricia Aman III John 1:2 Beloved I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." Isaiah 53: 5 But He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His Stripes we are healed. " Both sin and sickness came into the world through the fall of the human race. Therefore, we must look for the healing of both in the Savior of the human race. God is as willing to heal believer's as He is to forgive unbeliever's. Know this, if He was merciful enough to forgive you when you were unconverted, He is merciful enough to heal you now that you are in His Family." Rev. T. L. Osborn James 5:13-16 "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing psalms. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, an the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. " Psalm 50: 14-15 "Offer to God thanksgiving. And pay your vows to the Most High. Call upon Me in the day of trouble and sickness, and I will deliver you and you shall glorify Me."
